Innovatics collaborated to create Homie, an exclusive cash-back platform for the United Arab Emirates, Users can earn cashback on retail, lifestyle, food delivery, and travel, further enhancing the appeal and utility of the Homie platform with plans for expansion across GCC countries. Our partnership focused on delivering a seamless user experience and design that enables UAE users to earn instant cash-back rewards while spending. Through meticulous design and strategic innovation, Homie empowers users to maximize savings with every transaction, enhancing financial well-being and laying the foundation for regional growth and expansion. We conducted workshops to understand both the business landscape and the needs of the future users, ensuring that Homie is tailored to meet their expectations upon launch.

Innovatics ensured that customers quickly grasped the concept upon installing the app, even as Homie prepares to introduce its food delivery vertical in a subsequent phase. With Homie pioneering a unique idea in the UAE market, it was imperative for users to understand its value proposition immediately. We implemented the best strategies to design and build an experience that is seamlessly adoptable by both Homie's merchants and customers, laying the groundwork for future expansion into the food delivery vertical. Through intuitive interface design and clear onboarding processes, we facilitated a smooth transition into the Homie ecosystem, fostering engagement and driving adoption across all aspects of the platform.
